Refund Policy

From Property to Purpose™ is an implementation program, not a passive course. We stand behind the material, and we offer a 14-day action-based money-back guarantee. If you have done the work and the program is not the right fit, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date by showing us what you've completed.

What you must show to qualify

Because this is a "do-the-work" guarantee, refund requests must include evidence that you genuinely engaged with the program. To qualify for a full refund, you must demonstrate all of the following within the 14-day window:

  • Completed every module in the curriculum (all video lessons marked complete in your dashboard).
  • Worked through the workbooks, templates, and action items for each module — submit your filled-in copies (HHSC application drafts, property checklist, staffing plan, policy templates, etc.).
  • Participated in the live discussions / community (where included in your tier) — at least one question, comment, or post on a live call or in the members forum.
  • A short written explanation (a few sentences) describing what you tried, what didn't work for you, and why the program isn't the right fit.

Refunds will not be issued where there is no record of module completion or program engagement. "I changed my mind" or "I never started" do not qualify under this guarantee.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund:

  • Email us at support@beddieo.com within 14 days of your order with your completed work attached and your written explanation. We will review and, if the criteria above are met, process the refund through Paddle.
  • You can also visit paddle.net to look up your purchase by email address.

Processing time

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

After 14 days

After the 14-day window, refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact support@beddieo.com and we will work with you in good faith.
