Terms & Conditions
Last updated: April 23, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the From Property to Purpose™ course and related materials (the “Service”), provided by BEDDIEO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account, purchasing the Service, or otherwise using it, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
The Service is an educational program covering how to open and operate a licensed youth residential facility in Texas. It includes recorded video lessons, written materials, templates, and (for certain tiers) live group coaching and community access. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not legal, financial, medical, or tax advice.
3. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service in violation of any law or regulation;
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute course materials, templates, or recordings;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent technical limits;
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or infringing material;
- Harass, threaten, or abuse other students, instructors, or staff in the community.
5. Intellectual property
All course content, templates, branding, and materials are owned by BEDDIEO LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for your personal or single-business use within the tier you purchased. All other rights are reserved.
6. Payments & billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
7. Refunds
See our Refund Policy.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We may modify or update the curriculum, templates, or platform at any time.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any specific licensing outcome, business result, or approval by any state agency. Your results depend on your own effort, circumstances, and decisions.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited by law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold BEDDIEO LLC harmless from claims arising out of your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of third-party rights.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations of community guidelines. Upon termination, your license to access the Service ends.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
