1. Who we are

BEDDIEO LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the From Property to Purpose™ course and related website. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this Notice.

2. What data we collect

Account data — name, email address, password (hashed), tier purchased.
Lead data — name and email submitted via lead capture or contact forms.
Course progress — which modules you have viewed and marked complete.
Community content — posts and replies you publish in the student community.
Support messages — content of support requests you send us.
Technical data — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, basic usage telemetry.

Payment card data is collected and processed directly by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. We do not see or store your card details.

3. Why we use it

To create and manage your account and deliver the course;
To track your progress and personalize your experience;
To respond to support requests and run the student community;
To send transactional emails (receipts, account, course updates);
To improve the Service, prevent fraud, and ensure security;
To comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal bases

We process your personal data on the basis of (a) performance of our contract with you, (b) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, (c) your consent where required (e.g. for marketing emails), and (d) compliance with legal obligations.

5. Who we share with

Paddle — Merchant of Record for sales, payments, tax, and invoicing.
Hosting and infrastructure providers — to host the website, database, and video.
Email and analytics providers — to send transactional email and understand product usage.
Professional advisers — legal, accounting, and similar advisers when needed.
Authorities — where required by law or to protect rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal data.

6. Retention

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Lead and support data is kept only as long as needed to respond and maintain records. We delete or anonymize data when it is no longer needed.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, email support@beddieo.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.
